超声-微波协同萃取桂花叶总黄酮工艺的优化

摘    要:运用二次通用旋转组合设计法,研究了采用超声-微波协同萃取法提取桂花(Osmanthus fragrans Lour.)叶总黄酮工艺中乙醇体积分数、液料比、提取功率、提取时间对桂花叶总黄酮提取率的影响,建立了具有良好预测性能的提取条件数学模型,确定了最佳提取工艺条件.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数59%,提取功率140W,提取时间13.2 min,液料比23∶1( V/m,mL∶g),在最佳工艺条件下总黄酮提取率可达4.4210%.

Abstract:Ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction of total flavonoids from Osmanthus fragrans leaves were optimized by quadratic general rotary design.The effects of ethanol concentration,material to solvent ratio,extraction power,extraction time on the yield of total flavonoids were studied.A mathematical model of extraction conditions with good prediction performance was established;and an optimum craft for total flavonoids extraction was obtained.The results showed the optimum conditions were ethanol volume fraction,59%;extraction power,140 W;extraction time,13.2 min;and solvent to material ratio,23∶1(V/m,mL∶g).The yield of total flavonoids could be up to 4.421 0% under the optimum conditions.
