摘    要:为了解释光肩星天牛(A noplophora glabripennis Motschulsky)成虫寄主选择的生理生化机制,制定科学的综合管理措施,测定了取食复叶槭(Acer negundo)、漳河柳(Salix matsudana)、新疆杨(Populus alba)、白蜡(Fraxinus chinensis)的光肩星天牛消化道淀粉酶、果胶酶、胃蛋白酶和类胰蛋白酶活性.结果表明,取食复叶槭的光肩星天牛消化道的淀粉酶活性最高,取食白蜡的淀粉酶活性最低,取食复叶槭、漳河柳的淀粉酶活性显著高于取食新疆杨、白蜡的(P<0.05).果胶酶和胃蛋白酶检测也得到了相同的结果.说明寄主对光肩星天牛成虫的淀粉酶、果胶酶和胃蛋白酶活性有明显影响.取食4种寄主的类胰蛋白酶活性差异不显著(P>0.05),说明寄主植物对光肩星天牛类胰蛋白酶活性影响不大.

Abstract:In order to clarify the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of Anoplophora glabripennis adults host selection and made scientific management measures,the activities of amylase,pectinase,pepsin and tryptase of adults fed on Acer negundo(AN),Salix matsudana(SM),Populus alba(PA),and Fraxinus chinensis(FC) were determined.The results showed that the amylase activity of adults fed on AN was the highest,whereas that on FC was the lowest.The amylase activities of adults fed on AN and SM were significantly higher than those on PA and FC(P<0.05).The similar results were found on pectinase and pepsin.These datas showed that the host plants had significant effect on the activities of amylase,pectinase and pepsin.The difference of tryptase activities of adults fed on the four host plants was not significant(P>0.05),which indicated that the host plants had little effect on tryptase activities.
