摘    要:自主创新能力是一个国家的核心竞争力,也是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力.通过对相关文献的整理分析,认为影响我国自主创新的因素包括潜在自主创新资源、创新资源的投入能力、创新载体的自主创新建设能力以及创新环境的保障能力.在此基础上通过平稳性检验、协整检验、格兰杰因果检验,建立结构向量自回归(SVAR)模型,利用脉冲响应和方差分解技术分析各个因素对自主创新的影响,最后为决策部门提供可供参考且具有建设性的政策建议.

Abstract:The capability of independent innovation is not only the core competitiveness of a country,but also an inexhaustible motive force of prosperity.Through the compilation of relevant literature,it was proposed that the factors affecting Chinese independent innovation include the potential innovation resources,the input capability of innovation resources,the capacity-building of innovation vector and the protection capacity of innovation environment.Accordingly,the structure vector autoregressive(SVAR) model was established by stationary test,cointegration test,Granger causality test.Furthermore,impulse response and variance decomposition was applied to analyze the impact of various factors on innovation.Finally,some useful and constructive policy recommendations for the decision-making departments are provided.
