阿魏精油对果蔬采后病原菌的抑制作用

摘    要:蒸馏法提取阿魏精油并测定其对果蔬采后的致病真菌灰霉菌(Botrytis cinerea)、链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata)、青霉菌(Penicillium citrinum)、炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporiodes)的体外抑菌活性.结果表明,阿魏精油对供试的4种致病真菌有抑制作用.抑制率随阿魏精油浓度的增加而提高,随处理时间延长抑制作用也有所加强,但加强幅度不大.阿魏精油对病原菌48 h EC50从小到大依次为炭疽病菌、青霉菌、灰霉菌、链格孢菌.

Abstract:The ferula essential oil was extracted by distillation,and the inhibitory effects to Botrytis cinerea,Alternaria alternate,Penicillium citrinum and Colletotrichum gloeosporiodes were determined.The results showed that ferula essential oil had strong inhibitory effects on the four postharvest pathogens,and inhibition rates increased with the increasing of the concentration of ferula oils and treating time.After 48 h treatments of the ferula essential oils on the four pathogens,the order of EC50 is Colletotrichum gloeosporiodes < Penicillium citrinum < Botrytis cinerea < Alternaria alternata.
