| Abstract: | Presently,obstacles and problems emerged in Henan rural ecological forest construction were elaborated.Based on the experience of other countries for reference,the "Villagers Domination,Government Involvement" construction mode was proposed.Furthermore,the measurements that improving the benefit drive mechanism and property institution,developing regional dominant brands,exploring planting technology and new forest and so on,were put forward. |
