| 摘 要： | 由于在我国开展时间较短、市场不完善等原因,在实施图书馆采编业务外包过程中不可避免地存在很多问题,主要集中在图书质量、编目质量和服务质量几个方面,针对这些问题分析了建立业务外包评价体系需考虑的评价因素。
