高粱DNA导入水稻后代维管束与气腔的解剖观察

摘    要:采用活体机械切片,对高粱DNA导入水稻鄂宜105所获后代,于始穗,齐穗,乳熟3个时期对茎基、穗颈及剑叶中脉维管束进行了解剖观察。

Abstract:Eyi105 rice and some stable lines (DH series) which sorghum DNA has been introduced into are used as the experimental materials.Some organ samples are observed through vivisection at 3 different stages of early earing,full earing and milky earing. The base stems,ear bottoms and central veins of flag leaves have better developed transport tissues than Eyi105. And the DH series have more and bigger vascular bundles. More gas chambers and early separation of parenchyma cells within these chambers are observed in the flag leaves,causing its earlier maturation than Eyi105.
