摘    要:本实验利用氮分子激光、60Coγ射线和激光加60Coγ射线分别照射小麦干种子,对其苗高根长、根尖细胞分裂指数、染色体畸变和 M2性状变异进行了测定。发现激光能促进幼苗和胚根的生长,射线能使幼苗和胚产生辐射损伤效应。激光与γ射线复合,不但能修复γ射线的损伤效应,而且能提高γ射线的诱变效力。

Abstract:In the present experiments,dry wheat seeds were expos ed to N2 laser 60Coγ rays and N2 laser+60Coγ rays.Seedling height,root length,index of cells division of root tip,chromosomal aberrations and form of variability ia M2 generation have been determined in this experiment.Laser radiations stimulated growth of the root and the seedling,but damage effect of seedling and root was produced by γ-rays.Chromosomal aberrations and form of variability in M2 generation were caused by both laser and gamma radiations.The results indicated that the yields of mutagenic by laser post-treatment were markedly higher than the treatment with r-rays alone,but laser is efficient to repair the damage induced by gamma radiations too.
