摘    要:采用常规杂交育种方法 ,育成了高产、优质春用家蚕新品种“华瑞”、“春明”。经多次实验室鉴定、农村试养、蚕种场试繁和全国农作物品种审定 ,结果表明 :该品种孵化、眠起、上蔟齐一 ;体质强健好养 ,蚕体粗壮 ,茧型大且匀整 ,产量高 ;茧丝质优良 ,茧层率 2 6 81% ,鲜毛茧出丝率 19 5 5 % ,茧丝长 14 19m ,解舒率 70 2 3% ,纤度 3 2 72dtex ;综合经济性状优良 ,万蚕收茧量、万蚕茧层量和万蚕产丝量分别比对照品种提高 11 4 5 %、19 6 9%和 2 1 5 3%。

Abstract:For the purpose of breeding new spring rearing varieties with excellent and high cocoon filament weight, we had selected and raised silkworm using hybridization. We succeeded in breeding a new silkworm varieties Huarui and Chunming with characters of high silk yield and excellent silk quality, and their hybridi Huarui×Chunming was combined also. Based on the identification results from laboratory, countryside, the silkworm egg production farms and the National Mulberry and Silkworm Exmination Committee, the characters were as follows:It is uniform when silkworms hatch, exuviate and spin. Silkworms of the new varieties are strong and healthy, and easy to rear, the size of silkworm body and cocoon is big. The quality of cocoon and silk yield is excellent. It's cocoon shell ratio, raw silk ratio of fresh cocoon, cocoon filament length, reelabitity and silk filament size are 26 81%, 19 55%, 1 419 m,70 23% and 3.272 dtex respectively. The comprehensive economic characters are good, and the yields of cocoon crop, cocoon shell weight and silk weight per 10 000 larvae are increased 11 45%, 19 69% and 21 53% respectively than the contrast breed.
