摘    要:本文主要介绍食用菌培养基机器装瓶难点,根据物料特性,探讨机器装瓶工艺;主要零部件的设计及样机试验情况分折。该机采用旋转料斗加卧式挤压搅龙的结构形式,能有效地利用物料粘附性强的特性,克服物料在料斗内的架空现象,使机器作业稳定可靠。该机结构紧凑、形式新颖、操作方便、耗电省,具有较高生产率。


THE DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE TEST OF EDIBLE FUNGUS CULTURE MEDIUM FILLING MACHINE,M-6ZP-500A,FOR BOTTLE OR BAG
Abstract:For a successful machine design, it is important to realize first our defects in design, so as to mend up the gaps. By better understanding of the specific properties of the culture media, we can thus well follow the consecutive processes in technical regulation. We will familiarize with the main parts design and capable of producing a prototype machine. As soon as the machine is in shape, test analyses must be followed. As a general, this machine adopts the form with a rotary hopper equiped with a horizontal extruding screw This is especially suited to handle the culture medium that is very thicky and adhessive. It dispells the usual appearance of the culture medium which remains or sticks on the stilts of the hopper Thus the machine is kept in a stable and reliable manner The machine works in order. This machine is compact in appearance. and very convenience to handle It is highly efficient and consume com paratively low energy
