乙烯利和赤霉素对苦瓜种子发芽力及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:[目的]探讨乙烯利和赤霉素对苦瓜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响及其与苦瓜品种的关系。[方法]以蓝山大长白苦瓜和广西大肉1号苦瓜为供试品种,用不同浓度的赤霉素和乙烯利及其混合液浸泡苦瓜种子,观测种子萌发和幼苗生长情况。[结果]在不同品种中,150 mg/L乙烯利和200 mg/L赤霉素均能显著提高种子发芽率,且两者的作用差异不大;150 mg/L乙烯利和200 mg/L赤霉素对发芽势的影响作用与品种有关。150 mg/L乙烯利更能促进幼苗根的生长,而200 mg/L赤霉素更利于幼苗茎的伸长;用150 mg/L乙烯利或200mg/L赤霉素浸种比用150 mg/L乙烯利+200 mg/L赤霉素或75 mg/L乙烯利+100 mg/L赤霉素浸种更能提高发芽率。[结论]赤霉素和乙烯利对苦瓜的种子发芽力均有促进作用,但其最适浓度依品种而定;植物生长调节剂对苦瓜幼苗生长(根茎比除外)也有促进作用,但与品种无关。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the effects of ethephon and gibberellin on seed germinating ability and seedling growth of the Momordica charantia and its relation of with the bitter gourd variety.[Method] With the Dachangbai M.charantia in Lanshan County and Darou 1 M.charantia in Guangxi Province as the tested varieties,their seeds were soaked by the ethephon and gibberellin with different concn.and their mixture liquid so as to observe the situation of seed germination and seedling growth.[Result]...
