混菌发酵油菜秆氮源对灵芝木质素酶系的影响

摘    要:研究了豆渣和酒石酸铵(浓度分别为1%、2%、3%、4%和5%),对灵芝和产朊假丝酵母混菌固态发酵油菜秸秆产木质素降解酶系的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,1%、2%、3%和5%的豆渣组中的漆酶、锰过氧化物酶和木质素过氧化物酶酶活性均未受显著性影响,而在4%豆渣组中,这3种酶的活性显著提高,分别为440.33 U·L~(-1)、473.33 U·L~(-1)和98.49 U·L~(-1),分别是对照的2.03倍,2.16倍和2.86倍。与对照相比,1%、2%、3%、4%和5%的酒石酸铵组中,3种木质素降解酶的活性均无显著性影响,因此有机氮豆渣好于酒石酸铵,其最佳浓度为4%。

Abstract:Effects of the organic bean dregs powder and ammonium tartrate dibasic at the concentration of 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5% on the production of ligninolytic enzyme system under solid-state co-fermentation of Ganoderma lucidurn and Candida utilis in cole stalk medium were studied. The results showed that compared with the control team, it did not affect the activities of laccase, manganese peroxidase and lignin peroxidase significantly, when nitrogen sources was bean dregs powder of 1%, 2%, 3% and 5%. However the activities of laccase, manganese peroxidase and lignin peroxidase were increased significantly when nitrogen sources was 4% bean dregs powder, and the activities of three enzymies were 440.33 U·L-1, 473.33 U·L-1 and 98.48 U·L-1 respectively which were 2.03, 2.16 and 2.86 times compared to the control team. Compared with the control team, it did not affect the activities of laccase, manganese peroxidase and lignin peroxidase significantly, when nitrogen sources was 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5% ammonium tartrate dibasic. Organic bean dregs powder was better than the ammonium tartrate dibasic as nitrogen sources, whose best concentration was 4%.
