| 摘 要： | 基质固相分散萃取(MSPD)作为一种简单、快捷的样品前处理方法,具有溶剂用量少、萃取速度快、回收率高等优点,已在环境、食品、饲料、药品残留分析中得到广泛的应用。阐述了基质固相分散萃取法在农药残留检测技术中的应用及发展前景。

| Abstract: | With virtues of less solvent consumption,simplicity and high recovery rate,matrix solid-phase dispersion(MSPD),as a new sample pretreatment technology,has been widely used in determination of pesticide residues in environmental samples,food,feed,leechdom,etc. Application and development trends of MSPD were reviewed in this paper. |
