| 摘 要： | 为减少甘薯脱毒试管苗在扩繁过程中的污染,降低试管苗生产成本,从基础苗的筛选、培养基灭菌方法、试管苗接种技术及实验室的规范化管理等方面进行研究,提出行之有效的解决技术方案。

| Abstract: | Selection of the basis plantlets,Sterilization Methods of medium,inoculation of plantlets,Standard Managements of laboratory,etc.were studied to reduce the pollution and the cost in the propagation of virus-free in vitro plantlets of sweetpotato.At last some effective methods were summarized. |
