花生主要营养品质性状和农艺性状配合力的研究

摘    要: 以白沙1016、东平立蔓、青岛小洋花生3个高脂肪、高亚油酸品种(其中白沙1016和青岛小洋花生为高蛋白质品种)和牟平兔子墩、五莲大粒墩、文登大粒墩3个低脂肪、高油酸品种进行完全双列杂交。利用Griffing方法2,研究荚果产量、蛋白质和脂肪含量、氨基酸和脂肪酸组分等22个主要营养品质性状和农艺性状的配合力。结果表明,多数性状一般配合力方差达极显著水准,而且大多数性状一般配合力方差都大于特殊配合力方差,说明由加性和非加性基因共同决定这些性状,而以加性基因效应为主。一般配合力和特殊配合力效应分析显示,同一亲本不同性状间一般配合力效应差异较大,同一性状不同亲本间差异亦较大。同一性状不同组合间特殊配合力的变幅较大,而且一般配合力低的亲本间杂交也可以出现特殊配合力高的组合。

Abstract:Three parental varieties with high Oil and linoleic acid: (1) Baisha1016,(2) Dongping Liman,(3)Qingdao Xiaoyang Huasheng (Baisha 1016 and Qingdao Xiaoyang Huasheng with high protein),and three Parental varieties with low oil and high oleic acid:(4) Muping Tuziden,(5)Wulian Daliden,(6)Wen deng Daliden were utilized for diallel cross.Griffing's method 2 was used to investigate combinig ability of 22 F s major agronomic characters and nutritional quality characters that include pod yield,protein oil,amino acid composition and fatty acid composition and so on.The results show that the general combining ability (GCA) variances of most characters are highly significant.Meanwhile,the GCA variance of most characers are larger than those of SCA variances,which indicates that these characters are controlled by additive gene and non-additive gene effects,and the additive gene effect is more important.The analyses of GCA and SCA effects show that the GCA effects of different characters in the same parents present obvious difference, so do the same character in different parents.There is big range in SCA of the same character in different crosses.The hybridization between the parents that have low GCA effect can also present the crosses of high SCA effect.
