| 摘 要： | 采用免疫电泳的方法对不同来源的７株绿僵菌进行了免疫学对比研究，抗原是由菌丝体清液和孢子悬液组成，通过对家兔接种抗原而获得抗血清，每一种抗原与其同源抗血清和异源抗表进行交叉试验，并对免疫电泳反应产生的沉淀弧数目和图谱加以对比分析。

| Abstract: | Immunological studies on Metarhizium spp.isolated from different places and hosts were made by using immunoelectrophoresis and agglutination reaction.Antigens wereconidium suspension and mycelium solution.Antiserawere produced in rabbits immunizedwith each of the 7 fungal strains.Each antigen was tested against the homologous and het-erologous antisera.The results of agglutination and the number of precipitin arcs obtainedfrom immunoelectrophoresis were analyzed and revealed numerous antigenic similarities be-tween different strains of the same species.The grouping of strains obtained from immuno-electroohoretic data corresponded with that based on morphology.It suggested that immuno-electrophoresis might be a useful aid for characterization of Hyphomycete candidates for bio-logical control of insect pests. |
