兰州百合与川百合试管苗结鳞茎研究

摘    要:以兰州百合与川百合组培苗为材料进行了试管内结鳞茎的诱导研究,结果表明:兰州百合试管内诱导形成鳞茎的最适培养基为1/2MS+0.5mg/LIBA,平均每株结鳞茎数可达3.1个,鳞茎平均直茎为1.0cm,鳞茎形成部位在试管苗的底部。川百合试管内诱导形成鳞茎的最适培养基为1/2MS+1.0mg/LIAA,平均每株结鳞茎数为1个,鳞茎平均直茎为0.7cm,鳞茎形成部位在试管苗的顶端。

Abstract:The induction of bulbs in tube were studied as Lilium davidii var. unicolor and meterials. The results showed that the optimal medium of inducing bulbs in tube is 1/2MS 0.5mg/LIBA for Lilium davidii var. unicolor. The average amount of induced bulbs per plant is 3.1. The average diameter of bulbs stem is 1.0 cm. The bulbs come from buttom of tube plant. The optimal medium of inducing bulbs in tube is 1/2MS 1.0 mg/LIAA for Lilium davidii var. unicolor. The average amount of induced bulbs per plant is 1.0. The average diameter of bulbs stem is 1.0 cm. The bulbs come from the top of tube plant.
