摘    要:以美味猕猴桃品种秦美的组培苗为试材,研究了脯氨酸对高温胁迫下猕猴桃苗抗热性相关生理指标的影响。结果表明,脯氨酸可抑制高温胁迫下猕猴桃叶细胞膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的增大,且增强了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和抗血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性,与此同时也增加了抗坏血酸(AsA)和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。

Abstract:The tissue culture seedlings of Actinidia deliciosa C.F.Liang variety Qinmei were used to study the effects of proline on their physiological indexes related to heat resistance under high temperature stress.The results showed that proline could inhibit the membrane permeability,decrease the MDA content,improve the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD) and ascorbic acid peroxidase(APX) and increase the contents of ascorbic acid(AsA) and glutathione(GSH) of leaves under the high temperature stress.
