| 摘 要： | 土地资源的市场配置是实现土地资源合理利用的基本途径。在分析重庆市土地市场发展现状的基础上,针对土地市场存在的问题,提出了加快建立规范的有形土地市场、垄断土地1级市场供应,增强土地供应方式的规范性、强化土地市场管理,规范土地交易行为、完善土地市场服务体系等政策建议。

| Abstract: | Land resource in marketable configuration is the mainly way for reasonable utilization of land resource.Based on the analysis of land market status and aimed at the existed problem in Chongqing City.The suggestion that constructing the normative tangible land market',monopolizing supply of the first land market,strengthening the normative mode of land supply,reinforcing the management of land market,formulating the behavior of land dealing,perfecting the service system of land market were put forward. |
