陶瓷-硬质合金复合片龟裂及界面开裂研究

摘    要:根据对热压烧结陶瓷-硬质合金复合片的热胀失配分析,计算了在一定厚度比和烧结条件下的临界热膨胀系数差,解决了陶瓷-硬质合金复合片制备中产生龟裂和界面开裂的难题。采用热压烧结工艺制备了上层为具有一定厚度的陶瓷,下层为硬质合金的陶瓷-硬质合金复合片。

Abstract:Ceramics and cemented carbides are two very important kinds of cutting tool materials in metal cutting field. Ceramics has the characteristics of chemical stability, high hardness, especially high hot hardness and wear resistance, however its flexure strength and fracture toughness are much lower than that of cemented carbide. To combine the advantages of ceramics and cemented carbide, a novel ceramics and cemented carbide layered inserts was successfully developed using hot pressing technique based on their thermal expansion analyses. The critical thermal expansion coefficient difference of ceramics and cemented carbide in combined inserts was computed under the definite thickness radio and sintering conditions. The problems of crazing and interfacial crack were solved using the new material of ceramics and cemented carbide compact inserts.
