铜对紫花苜蓿草产量和矿质营养的影响

摘    要:采用叶面喷施的方法,研究不同水平铜对紫花苜蓿草产量和矿质营养的影响。结果表明:喷施铜能提高紫花苜蓿草产量;施铜200 mg/kg效果最好,草产量比CK显著提高1328.15 kg/hm2(P<0.05)。喷施铜肥显著促进了紫花苜蓿对铜、锌和磷的吸收,适量则能显著促进对铁、硼、硒、钙、钼、锰和钴的吸收。喷施铜肥显著降低了紫花苜蓿钙的含量;而未显著影响铁和硼的含量;适量则能显著提高硒、磷、铜、锰和锌的含量;过量则显著降低钴和钼的含量。紫花苜蓿钙、钴、钼、铁、硼、锰的含量和吸收量随施铜量增加而降低,硒、磷的含量和吸收量随施铜量增加呈先升后降趋势,铜的含量和吸收量随施铜量增加而升高,锌的吸收量随施铜量增加呈先升后降趋势,而含量却随施铜量增加而升高。

Abstract:Adopting the method of spraying leaf'surface,the experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Cu on herbage yield and mineral nutrition of alfalfa.The results showed that spraying Cu could remarkably(P<0.05) increase the herbage yield of alfalfa.Among the 3 doses,the 200 mgCu/kg was the most effective,the herbage yields markedly increased by 1328.15 kg/hm2 compared with CK;it remarkably(P<0.05) increased the absorbtion of Cu,P and Zn;the appropriate spraying of Cu could remarkably(P<0.05) increase ...
