摘    要:通过水培方法研究了不同碳氮比对烤烟干物质累积量和生理生化特性的影响,结果表明,和对照相比,不同C/N比处理均明显促进烤烟生长,增加烟株干物质积累量;提高了叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b的含量,从而促进烟叶的光合作用;在C/N比小于0.5时,随C/N比的升高叶片的硝酸还原酶活性增强,但当C/N高于0.5后,随C/N的升高NR活性受到抑制。蔗糖转化酶活性和淀粉酶活性(C/N=0.75处理除外),以C/N=0.5处理最高。

Abstract:This paper studied the effects of different C/N ratio on dry matter accumulation of tobacco plant, physiological and biochemical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco by the method of water-culture. The results showed that certain C/N ratio could promote the growth of flue-cured tobacco, increase dry matter accumulation of plant, the contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in leaves, and so promote the photosynthesis. The activities of nitrate reductase rose with the increase of C/N ratio when C/N less than 0.5, but when the C/N was over 0.5, the activities of nitrate reductase was restrained. The activities of invertase and amylase in the leaves reached the peaks at C/N0.5.
