郑汴区域协调机制建设研究

在参阅相关文献的基础上,梳理了区域协调机制的概念,归纳了区域协调机制的种类及现行各种区域协调方式的优劣。通过对国内外常见的区域协调模式进行优化和改良,结合郑汴经济整合过程中遇到的具体问题,提出了郑汴区域协调的基本模式。该模式具有如下特点：①建立了常设性机构——区域协调委员会和区域协调办公室;②注重立法;③机构间责任和职权范围明确。最后,提出了郑汴区域协调机制建设的基本对策。
