| 摘 要： | 灾情评估是沙尘暴灾害应急处置工作中的重要环节,是科学开展沙尘暴灾害管理工作的基础。在分析沙尘暴灾害灾情评估工作现状的基础上,提出了建立科学的沙尘暴灾害灾情评估体系的思路,包括建立评估协调机构、加强部门合作,综合应用多种灾情评估方法、构建完善的灾情评估系统和提高从业人员的业务素质等。
