摘    要:采用不同模拟干旱和模拟冻害条件,以不同处理时间长度处理好好芭叶片或试管苗,分别测定其失水率和电导率.结果表明PEG模拟干旱条件下的失水率和人工模拟冻害条件下的电导率作为检测指标可以快速、客观、有效地反映好好芭生活状态.

Abstract:Moisture loss rate of Jojoba leaves after drought simulation treated by different marination time with 30% and 50% solutions of PEG-6000 were determined as a parameter of subsistence of Jojoba. And conductivity of Jojoba shoots in vitro was tested after treated by different cold acclimation time or different frozen temperature. The results verified that it was an easy, quick and useful method using moisture loss rate under PEG-6000 treatment and conductivity as parameters of physical state of Jojoba plants under abio-stress.
