黄芪多糖分级组分的提取及其对鸡疫苗免疫效果的影响

摘    要:提取分离3个黄芪多糖分级组分,并探讨其对禽流感-新城疫重组二联活疫苗免疫效果的影响.采用3个乙醇浓度沉淀得到3个黄芪多糖分级组分:A1、A2、A3;将320只鸡随机分为8组,分别皮下注射A1、A2、A3、A1+A2,A1+A3、A2+A3、A1+A2+A3和蒸馏水,首免后每隔7d采血检测疫苗抗体效价.结果表明,A1、A2、A3得率分别为1.37%、3.87%、0.59%,多糖含量分别为30.42%、35.65%、25.88%;A2、A3能显著提高疫苗抗体效价.黄芪多糖免疫功能的有效部位为A2、A3,尤以A2作用显著.

Abstract:To extract three rating Polysaccharides by Alcohol in Astragalus polysaccharides( APS) ,and to investigate the effect on the Immunity Function of AI and ND Vaccine in Chickens. By using three different concentration levels of alcohol to get rate Polysaccharides in APS: A1, A2, A3 ;320 one-day-old chickens were randomly divided into eight groups, Experimental groups and control group are hypodermic injected A1 ,A2, A3, A1 + A2,A1 + A3, A2 + A3, A1 + A2 + A3 and distilled water separately for seven consecutive days, and then draw blood on the 7th, 14th ,21st ,28th ,35th ,42nd after the first vaccination to detect AI-HI and ND-HI antibody titer,and evaluate the immune adjuvant effect of rating Polysaccharides. Results The rate of gain are 1. 37% ,3. 87% ,0. 59% separately. Polysaccharides contents are 30. 42% ,35. 65% ,25. 88%. A2,A3 can increase antibody titer remarkably. The valid targets of APS are A2,A3.
