| Abstract: | The finding,structure and signaling path of tumor necrosis factor-alpha was briefly introduced.Furthermore,the research advances of effects of tumor necrosis factor-alpha on hypothalamus in recent years were reviewed from aspects of neuronal development,viability,ionic homeostasis and neurotransmitter releasing. |
