摘    要:目的]建立柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定植物油中黄曲霉毒素B1含量的方法。方法]样品甲醇水溶液(45+55)、三氯甲烷提取浓缩之后,用苯乙腈(2+98)溶解,三氟乙酸衍生,反相C18柱分离,荧光检测器检测,所用激发及发射波长依次为365、440nm。结果]试验表明,黄曲霉毒素B。线性关系良好,对添加黄曲霉毒素B1的样品进行加标回收试验,回收率在89.5%,重复性试验相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.34%。结论]该法操作简单、线性范围广、效果良好,可用于测定植物油中黄曲霉毒素B1的含量。

Determination of Aflatoxin B1 in Vegetable Oil by HPLC with Pre-column Derivatization

Abstract: Objective.] To establish the method for determining aflatoxin B1 in vegetable oil by pre-column derivatization with HPLC. Method] Aqueous methanol (45 + 55 ) and chloroform after extraction and concentration, were dissolved in benzene acetonitrile (2 + 98 ), derived from tfi- fluoroacetic acid, separated by reversed phase CIs column and detected by fluorescence detector, excitation and emission wavelengths were 365 and 440 nm. Result] The results showed that aflatoxin B1 has a good linear relationship, spiked recovery test was conducted on samples with af- latoxin B1, recovery rate was 89.5%, repeatability relative standard deviation (n = 6) is 2.34%. Conclusion] The method is simple, and has wide linear range and good effect, which can be used for determination of aflatoxin B1 in vegetable oil.
