腺嘌呤和GA3对满天星组培苗生长的影响

摘    要:目的]探讨满天星组培苗生长适宜的GA3浓度和腺嘌呤浓度.方法]采用云南省农业科学院花卉研究所组培中心继代培养2代的满天星品种‘小仙女’组培苗为材料,切取1 cm左右的带芽茎段为外植体,在MS+ BA 0.3 mg/L+ NAA 0.1 mg/L培养基中分别加入0.3、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.Omg/L的腺嘌呤和赤霉素(GA3)进行研究.结果]腺嘌呤、GA3具有促进满天星组培苗生长的作用,腺嘌呤适宜的使用浓度为1.5 mg/L; GA3适宜的使用浓度为1.0 mg/L.在同等条件下,腺嘌呤对满天星组培苗生长的促进作用比GA3效果好.结论]为今后大力发展满天星组培苗奠定基础.

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to discuss the suitable GA3 and ademine concentration of Gysophila paniculata seeding growth.Method] Using 2 generations Gysophila paniculata ‘ fairies’ seeding subcultured by Tissue Culture Center of Yunnan Province Academy of Agricultural Sciences Institute as material,cutting out 1 cm long with bud stem segments as explants,MS + BA 0.3 mg/L + 0.1 mg/L NAA medium adding respectively 0.3,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 mg/L of adenine and gibberellic acid (GA3) were studied.Result] Adenine,GA3 had the role of promoting the growth of Gysophila paniculata.The appropriate concentration of adenine was 1.5 mg/L,and the suitable concentration of GA3 was 1.0 mg/L.Under the same condition,Adenine was better than the effect of GA3 on promoting growth effect of Gysophila paniculata.Conclusion] The study laid a foundation for developing Gysophila paniculata seeding in the future.
