| 摘 要： | 介绍了概率对数变换进行的毒力回归计算过程;应用Excel软件编写计算过程进行毒力回归分析,计算了半致死浓度（LC.）、a、b、相关系数（r）、标准误（SE）、LC50的95％置信区间;利用实例和SPSS10.0软件上的Probit过程,介绍了概率单位分析,并对主要输出结果进行了解释.

| Abstract: | The process of calculating toxicity regression using probability-logarithmic transformation was introduced.Then the Excel method of calculating toxicity regression,LC50,a,b,correlation coefficient r,SE,95％ limited distance of LC50 was introduced.At last,the probit analysis was illustrated with an example using Probit procedure of SPSS10.0 software,with interpretation of the major outputs. |
