安徽绞股蓝属植物资源分布及其过氧化物酶同工酶的研究

摘    要:安徽产8种1变种绞股蓝属植物,种质资源仅次于我国西南地区,特别是皖南山地丘陵和沿江丘陵区已成为国内重要的分布和分化中心之一。过氧化物酶同工酶分析结果表明:绞股蓝的过氧化物酶同工酶具有多态性。长江以北3个不同产地的绞股蓝酶谱较为相近,而与皖南宣城产的该种植物酶谱有较大差异。皖南山地的几个种酶带数普遍少于江北产的种群,每个种都有各自的特征酶谱。

Resource Distribution and Peroxidase Isozyme of Gynostemma in Anhui

Abstract:There are 8 species and 1 variety of Gynostemma in Anhui, i. e., G. pentaphyllum, G. pallidinerve,G. pubeslens, G. shexianense, G. laxum, G. laxiflorm, G. pentagynum, G. yixingense, G. yixingensevar. trichocarpum. They distribute in mountainous region of Southern Anhui. The region is thesecond richest region for the germplasm resource, and perhaps one of the important centres of thedistribution and differentiation of Gynostemma in China. Peroxidase isozyme analysis of 4 species of berry type showed that isozyme pattern of G.pentaphyllum was polymorphic, similar in 3 places in the north of Yangtze River, but different tothose of the species from different places of the south of Yangtze. The isozyme pattern of G.pentaphyllum in xuancheng of the south is similar to those of G. laxum, G. pallidinerve, G. shexianensefrom the south of Yangtze. The isozyme bands of species in the south are fewer than those of G.pentaphyllum in the north. Each species has its characteristic isozyme pattern, suggesting that themorphological classification of these species is correct.
