转基因油菜雄性不育系15A生化特性研究

摘    要:为弄清转基因油菜雄性不育系与非转基因油菜雄性不育系的生理生化特性是否存在差异,对转基因油菜雄性不育系15A以及二个非转基因油菜雄性不育系681A和392A,以及它们的保持系湘油15号,681B,392B不同发育时期花药的可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量及过氧化物酶活性进行了测定.结果表明:转基因油菜雄性不育系15A与其它二个雄性不育系可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸含量及过氧化物酶活性的变化其本一致,无明显差异.

Abstract:To elucidate the difference in physiology and biochemistry between the transgenic and the cytoplasmic male sterile lines the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar,and proline and peroxidase activity at the different developmental stage were determined in the transgenic napus male sterile line 15A and two cytoplasmic male sterile line 681A and 392A. The results showed that there was no clear difference found between these two types of male sterility in Brassica napus.
