摘    要:将18%飞机草微乳剂配制成含有效成分飞机草氯仿萃取物250μg/mL的药液,通过标准滴定液调节其pH值成9个不同梯度,放置1周后对荔枝蒂蛀虫产卵驱避活性进行测定,以明确该微乳剂中所含有效成分在不同酸碱度条件下的稳定性。结果表明,18%飞机草微乳剂在pH5.0~9.0的环境下具有较强的稳定性,该微乳剂中的有效成分具有较广的酸碱度适应范围,但在pH6.0-9.0的环境下对荔枝蒂蛀虫的驱避效果较好。

Abstract:18% Eupatorium odoratum micromulsion was diluted to solution containing 250μg/ml of active ingredient, which was ready for preparing 9 different pH gradients. After one week's placement, effects of different pH of 18% Eupa torium odoratum micromulsion against Conopomorpha sinensis oviposition deterrent were determined. The results showed that 18% Eupatorium odoratum micromulsion had strong stability while pH was 5.0-9.0. Although its effective gradient could be suitable for a broader acid-base range, its deterrent activity against Conopomorpha sinensis oviposition showed better effect when pH was 6.0-9.0.
