| 摘 要： | 为加强现代农业建设,国务院要求做好高效节水灌溉工作。上海确定了"十三五"期间完成5万亩高效节水灌溉的目标,在通过坚持规划先行顶层设计、坚持农林水统筹协调发展、坚持择优选点优化布局、坚持制度建设建管并举等方法完成了一批高效节水灌溉示范片建设,获得了经验和启示,为进一步推进本市的高效节水灌溉工程奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | In order to strengthen the construction of modern agriculture, the State Council requires high-efficiency water-saving irrigation. Shanghai has determined the goal of completing 50,000 mu of high-efficiency watersaving irrigation during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period. It has completed its work by adhering to the planning of top-level design, adhering to the coordinated development of agriculture, forestry and water resources, adhering to selecting optimum points and optimizinglayout, and adhering to the system construction and management. The construction of a batch of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation demonstration films has gained experience and inspiration, laying a foundation for further promoting the city's efficient water-saving irrigation project. |
