国外谷物联合收割机脱粒分离系统发展现状与展望

摘    要:为提高国内谷物联合收割机的工作效率和工作质量,减轻人工劳动强度,推动我国谷物联合收割机的智能化和现代化进程,从脱粒分离系统的结构和智能化技术应用等方面综述国外谷物联合收割机相关系统的特点,分析阐述国外著名生产厂家的收割机脱粒分离系统技术现状和发展趋势。国外谷物联合收割机根据不同的使用场景匹配各有特色的脱粒分离结构,并以系列化、大型化发展方向为主,为实现低损失、高效率的脱粒分离工作,广泛采用智能化和信息化技术手段,对国内谷物联合收割机的发展有着十分重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract:In order to improve the working quality of grain combine harvester,reduce labor intensity,promote the process of intellectualization and modernization of grain combine harvester in China,this paper reviewed the development status of international grain combine harvester system from the aspects of the structure and intelligent technology of threshing and separating system.The development trend of threshing and separating system of international grain combine harvester was analyzed.Various characteristic threshing and separating structures were used by international grain combine harvester in different occasions.The development direction of foreign grain combine harvester was serialization and large-scale.Intelligence and information technology were widely used to achieve low loss and high efficiency of threshing and separating.These were of great significance to the development of domestic grain combine harvester.
