摘    要:针对机收集条残膜质地松散、占用空间大、储运成本高等问题,设计一种适用于残膜打包作业的压包成型系统。通过残膜压缩特性试验与松弛试验获得残膜压包成型最优作业压强为7 MPa,据此完成液压元件优选计算,并设计了双泵加载液压系统。为实现集条残膜自动压包成型,开发了基于PLC的残膜压包控制系统,规划了动作控制软件流程。在新疆兵团第六师共青团进行残膜压包成型田间试验,结果表明,集条残膜打包机作业效果良好,残膜压包成型成功率达88%,成型时间为38.6s,满足田间作业要求。

Abstract:To solve the problem of the incompact,large space occupation and high transportation and storage cost of film collected,a new compressing and molding system for packing residual plastic film was designed.According to the residual film compression characteristic test and the relaxation test,the optimal operating pressure of the residual film press molding was 7 MPa,and the hydraulic pump system was designed.In order to automatically compress and mold residual plastic film,the control system based on PLC was designed and the flowchart of software control was conducted.The field experiment was committed in the Gongqingtuan Farm of Xinjiang Corps.The results showed that the residual film baler displayed a good working performance and the success rate of the residual film forming reached 88%.And the forming time was 38.6 s,which could meet the requirements of field operations.
