大水位变幅下库区取水泵站水泵机组变频调速研究 |

摘 要: | 【目的】解决库区取水泵站在上游水库大水位变幅下与下级泵站之间流量不匹配的问题,【方法】基于水泵变频调速原理和某梯级提水设计系统模型,采用定性相似分析,定量计算的方法研究分析了取水泵站在水库不同水位下,水泵工况、变频运行范围及运行工况参数,针对取水泵站在大水位变幅下与下级泵站间的流量匹配计算提出了建议。【结果】在上游水库不同库水位下,采用变频运行方式进行泵站供水量和下级泵站需求流量之间的匹配调节完全可行;定性相似分析计算法也为流量匹配结果提供了验证。【结论】水泵变频技术和定性相似分析计算法可用于库区取水泵站的水泵机组在大水位变幅下变频运行时额定工况点的确定。

Abstract: | 【Objective】The purpose of this paper is to solve the flow matching problem between the first pump station and the following pump station when the first pump station operates under large various water level.【 Method 】 Based on the method of frequency regulating for various speed principle and the model of water step-pumping design system of One pumping water engineering, by adopting the qualitative similarity analysis and calculation done on pump performance curve, it was analyzed that when the first pump station operates at different water level in upstream reservoir, the pump real operating range and parameters in steady and various frequency.Suggestions of flow matching calculation were proposed which aimed to those pump station extracting water from reservoir and operating under large varied range water levels. Through the comparison analysis was done on the results of the operation for the first pump station and the second pump station.【Result】the flow matching between the first pump station and the following pump station can be achieved by the frequency regulating when the first pump station operates under large various water level and the qualitative similarity analysis result verified the conclusion.【Conclusion】The frequency regulating and qualitative similarity analysis and calculation can provide reference and guide for the determination of the rated operating conditions of the pump extracting water from reservoir which operates in various speed under large varied range water levels. |
