锯齿滚扎式残膜回收机设计与试验

摘    要:针对于现有残膜回收机回收残膜含杂率较高的问题,设计一种一次性完成扎膜、集膜以及土壤平整作业的锯齿滚扎式残膜回收机。介绍残膜回收机的结构和工作原理,确定残膜回收机的主要作业参数,对扎膜机构进行运动学和动力学分析;确定扎膜机构的锯齿顶尖在作业时的运动轨迹以及运动方程,并确定扎膜机构不漏扎的条件;以残膜回收机作业速度v_1、扎膜机构辊筒转速n以及扎膜机构扎膜盘轴向间距l为试验因素,开展残膜回收机扎膜机构的扎膜率试验,试验结果表明,当扎膜机构辊筒转速为60 r/min、扎膜盘轴向间距为50 mm、残膜回收机作业速度为5 km/h时,残膜回收率为93.3%,满足残膜回收机的设计要求。

Design and test of sawtooth rolling type residual film recovery machine
Abstract:Aiming at the problem of high impurity rate in the process of recovering residual film in the existing residual film recovery machine, a sawtooth rolling residual film recycling machine was designed that could complete the film binding, film collecting, and soil leveling operations at one time. This paper introduced the structure and working principle of the residual film recovery machineand determined the main operation parameters of the residual film recovery machine, the movement track and motion equation of the saw tooth center of the film binding mechanism during operation, and the condition of no leakage of film binding mechanism. Taking the operation speed (v1) of the residual film recovery machine, the rotation speed (n) of the film binding mechanism roller, and the axial distance (l) of the film binding mechanism as the test factors, the film binding rate test of the film binding mechanism of the residual film recovery machine was carried out. The experimental results showed that when the rotation speed of the roller of the film binding mechanism was 60 r/min, the axial spacing of the film binding plate was 50 mm, and the operation speed of the residual film recovery machine was 5 km/h, the residual film recovery rate was 93.3%, which satisfied the design requirements of the residual film recovery machine.
