摘    要:在充分认识和计算延河流域生态环境需水量的基础上,建立了水资源开发度模型,得出了延河流域目前水资源开发度为39.1%,而水资源的开发程度为20.8%,开发利用状态基本在警戒域值范围之内,但由于黄土高原的水环境特征,其前景不允许盲目乐观。针对延河流域不同河段的生态环境特征及社会经济状况,提出了其上、中、下游河段改善生态环境质量,实现流域水资源可持续利用的建议。

Abstract:Based on the analyzing and calculating the demand of eco-environmental water in Yanhe Basin,this paper set up the development threshold models of water resources in Yanhe Basin.The current degree of development of water resources is 39.1%,the development threshold of the water resource is 20.8%,after the analyzing and calculating the demand of eco-environmental water in Yanhe Basin.The development and utilization state is within the warning range basically,because the water and soil environment in loess plateau have special characteristic,the degree of development and the development threshold is not the unrealistically optimistic one.Therefore,according to the ecological environment and social economic situation characteristic of different sections of Yanhe Basin,and in order to improve ecological environmental quality,some suggestion of Yanhe Basin water resource sustainable utilization are put forward.
