| 摘 要： | 运用农业气候学原理和数理统计，选取主要经济作物和农业气象灾害指标和预警指标，以网络为依托建立农业气象业务服务综合数据库，规范市级农业气象服务及灾害检测系统流程。结果表明，农业气象服务系统与计算机网络技术嫁接，快捷方便。设计农业气象服务系统，为地方防灾减灾，发展农业经济，地方政府农业布局统筹安排提供气象决策依据。
