拉萨市林业可持续发展对策探讨

摘    要:应用3S技术进行了拉萨市森林资源调查,并对拉萨市森林资源现状进行了分析.结果表明:拉萨市现有森林面积352 637 1 hm2,森林覆盖率为7 3%,以天然灌木林为主占林业用地总面积的74 9%.拉萨市森林植被处在西藏森林分布的北界,呈沿河谷坡地零星的间断分布,森林少,而且分布极不均匀.作者提出把"保护性林业"作为拉萨市林业建设的指导思想,确实保护好现有天然灌木林;实行多层次、多林种、多形式的绿化造林,不断扩大森林面积,提高森林覆盖率.建立复合生态系统,依靠科技兴林,走可持续发展的道路.

Abstract:The current situation of forest resources of the Lhasa City of Tibet, China, was analyzed based on the investigation data obtained through the 3S technologies (namely, the Remote System, RS; the Global Positioning System, GPS; the Geographic Information System, GIS). The current forest area in the city is 352 637 1 hectares. The percentage of forest cover is 7 3%, of which the main portion is the natural shrub forest and it accounts for 74 9% of the total area of forestlands. Forest vegetation of the Lhasa City is located at the northern border of the Tibet forest distribution, and is distributed discontinuously and sporadically along the slopping fields of the river valleys. The forestry area of the city is small, and is not well distributed. Therefore, the authors suggest that “conservative forestry” be the main strategy of the city's forestry development.
