摘    要:本文介绍了用不同方法综合鉴定已种值筛选出来的11个优良草(品)种的抗逆性。用反复干旱及连续干旱法鉴定抗旱性;用电导法鉴定其抗寒、抗热性;用不同浓度的盐土(自然盐土)在室内作发芽及盆栽试验鉴定耐盐性,最后以综合表现评定其抗性或鉴定出具有突出抗性的草(品)种,为进一步开发利用这些优良草(品)种提供了依据.

Abstract:Resistance capacity of 11 selected fine Forage cultivars were identified comprehensively by using different methods. Drought resistance was idetified by dried repeatedly and/or successively; hot and cold resistance were apprasied by electrical conductivity; salt tolerance was identified by germination and potted plant tests at different soil salinity levels (natural saline soil). Then, according to comprehensive manifestation, resistance capacity was evaluated or cultivars with high resistance level were selected. This could provide basis for further utilization of these forage cultivars.
