| 摘 要： | 对血清酶活性和血清白蛋白相对含量与兴国灰鹅仔鹅的肥育性能、屠宰性状进行了相关性分析,结果表明:血清碱性磷酸酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性与兴国灰鹅的早期肥育性能相关性不显著;血清白蛋白相对含量与兴国灰鹅早期肥育性能存在显著正相关,与10周龄体重的相关系数达0.3956;碱性磷酸酶和淀粉酶活性及血清白蛋白相对含量除与腹脂重呈显著正相关外,与其他胴体性状的相关性不显著;碱性磷酸酶活性与胆囊重存在极显著正相关,脂肪酶活性与肠长、盲肠长呈显著正相关,淀粉酶活性与肠重存在显著正相关,血清白蛋白相对含量与鹅内脏器官重的相关性不显著。

| Abstract: | The paper was conducted to determine production performance,slaughter performance and activities of some important enzymes in Xingguo grey gooses. The results showed that activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP),lipases and amylases vs production performance were not significant correlation;the relative content of serum proteins vs production performance was significantly positive correlation,and the correlation coefficient of the relative content of serum proteins vs body weight of 10-week-old geese was 0.3956;the activities of AKP and amylase and the relative content of serum protein vs abdominal fat weight,the activities of AKP vs cholecyst weight,the activities of lipases vs the longness of intestines and cecum,and the activities of amylases vs intestines weight were significantly positive correlation,respectively. Whereas the relative content of serum proteins vs viscera weights were not significantly positive correlation. |
