| 摘 要： | 中国是世界上甘薯栽培面积最大及总产量最高的国家,但仍存在着生产条件较差、栽培管理较为粗放和规模生产水平低下等问题。近年来,甘薯的工业加工、食品加工和饲料加工产品开发逐步增多,发展前景看好。

However, such problems as poor productive condition, extensive cultivation and low level of productivity still exist. Recently, the industrial processing, foodstuff processing and feedstuff processing of sweet potatoes have been gradually increasing with good expectation. |
