Abstract:In this paper we analyzed the power spectral of sand-dust weather,wind speed,precipitation,evaporation of 103 stations in Northern China from 1961 to 2000.It was found that there exited two peaks of 1 year and 0.5 years,in the power spectral of Sand-Dust weather data and the climate data.A higher value region in the lower frequency(i.e.the period longer than 2 years) of the power spectral was found in the sand-dust weather and the wind speed but not the precipitation or evaporation.The decreasing trend of s...
