利用枯草落叶放牧是防止山林火灾的有效途径

An Effective Way to Prevent Forest Fire by Using Wilted Grass and Leaves to Grazing

It is always very dry in winter and spring in northern of China. So it often occurred lots of fires in forests and caused large amount of loss. The major reason for fire lies in excessive wilted grass and leaves accummulated around trees, which are inflammable substances.
