摘    要:在不同轮作年限土壤上种植三七,于三七开花期采集新鲜叶片进行可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶及过氧化氢酶活性测定.结果表明:随轮作年限的缩短,三七叶片可溶性糖含量呈上升趋势;可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶及过氧化氢酶活性均呈下降趋势.不同轮作年限对2年生三七可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量的影响显著;对3年生三七可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶及过氧化氢酶活性的影响显著.说明三七连作障碍的机理之一是连作干扰了三七植株体内的物质代谢过程,降低了三七叶片保护酶活性,进而阻碍了三七的正常生长

Abstract:Determining the content of soluble sugars and soluble proteins,and the activity of the peroxidase and the catalase in fresh leaves of notoginseng that planted in soil of different crop rotation years.The results showed that the content of solube sugars was on the rise with crop rotation year shortened.The content of soluble proteins,the activity of peroxidase and catalase were downtrend with crop rotation year shortened.Crop rotation year had a significant influence on content of soluble sugars and proteins of biennial notoginseng.The year had a significant influence on content of soluble sugars,activity of POD and CAT of three-year-old notoginseng.This indicated one of the mechanism of continuous cropping barrier was continuous cropping disturbed substance metabolism and decrease protective enzymes activity,so the growth of notoginseng was stagnancy.
