北马兜铃不同器官花期过氧化物酶同工酶研究

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板凝胶电泳技术对北马兜铃不同器官(根、嫩茎、老茎、叶柄、未展开嫩叶、展开嫩叶、成熟叶和花)在花期的过氧化物酶同工酶进行了研究。结果表明,北马兜铃过氧化物酶同工酶具有组织特异性,8个器官在花期共有14条过氧化物酶同工酶带,其中根和老茎的酶带最少,不适合用作过氧化物酶同工酶分析;营养器官中的成熟叶片和生殖器官花中过氧化物酶同工酶酶带丰富、活性较强、含量较高,是过氧化物酶同工酶分析的好材料。

Abstract:The POD isoenzymes in the different organs(root,tender stem,old stem,petiole,unexpanded tender leaf,expanded tender leaf,mature leaf and flower) of Aristolochia contorta Bunge were analyzed by using vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE).The results showed that 14 bands of POD isoenzymes from 8 different organs of Aristolochia contorta Bunge were detected,and these POD isoenzymes were tissue-specific.The root and old stem contained fewest enzyme bands,so it was not fit for analysis on POD isoenzymes.Mature leaf and flower which had abundant enzyme bands,stronger activity and higher contents were the good materials for analysis of POD isoenzymes.
