| 摘 要： | 研究降脂宁颗粒挥发油的化学成分.采用中国药典一部(2010版)附录XD挥发油测定法对降脂宁颗粒的挥发油进行提取,用GC-MS对化学成分进行鉴定,以毛细管柱进行分析,面积归一化法测定其相对含量.结果检出10种成分,鉴定了10种,占挥发油总量的100%.相对含量超过5%的物质有棕榈酸(45.95%)、十六烷酸乙酯(27.91%)、十六烷酸甲酯(8.10%)、油酸乙酯(5.68%)

| Abstract: | To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil extracts fromJiangzhining Granules,the volatile oil components were extracted and isolated using steamdistillation method according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010).The chemical compositions were separated by GC capillary column chromatography,and the relative contents were analyzed by GC-MS.The 10 chromatographic peaks were detected,accounting for 100% of total volatile oil.The compounds that contain more than 5% of the relative contents were: Hexadecanoic acid(45.95%),Hexadecanoic acid,ethyl ester(27.91%),Hexadecanoic acid,methyl ester(8.10%),Ethyl Oleate(5.68%). |
