山羊胚胎心脏发生发育的形态学研究

摘    要:应用光镜观察了山羊胚胎心脏的发生和发育过程 ,结果表明 :15日龄 2 0时的胚胎处于胚层分化阶段 ,中胚层上已有微血管发生 ;16~ 18日龄的胚胎在前肠门两侧发生两条对称的心内皮管 ;18~ 2 0日龄的胚胎在前肠腹面两条心内皮管合并成单管状心。同时 ,心管发生扭曲 ,心管内部开始分隔过程 ;2 0~ 34日龄的胚胎心脏的分隔基本完成 ;34~ 10 5日龄属于胚胎心脏进一步发育成熟的阶段。试验还发现山羊心骨骼中的纤维三角发生初期是由致密结缔组织构成 ,随着胚胎的发育转变为透明软骨 ,具有种特异性

Abstract:This paper observes the genesis and development of embryo heart in goat by light microscope.The results indicate:The embryo at the age of 15 days and 20 hours is undergoing differentiation phase of embryonic layer.The microvascular primordium appears in the mesoderm at this stage;The paired endocardinal heart tubes come to lie bilateral to the foregut at the stage of 16-18 days and fused to a single tube in ventral to the foregut at the stage of 18-20 days.At this time,external morphogenic movement and internal partitioning process achieve at the age of 20-34 days.From 34 to 105 days,embryo heart develops further and goes into mature stage.This experiment finds that the fibroplastic triangle of the cardiac skeleton is composed of dense connective tissue at the beginning of genesis and then changes into hyaline carttilage with the development of embryo,which shows the species specificity.
